1. What do you love most about homeschooling?
The flexibility it provides our family, the time spent with my high school boys, and the quality of education.
2. What inspired you to begin homeschooling?
Our oldest asked for the opportunity to homeschool for high school when he completed 8th grade at the local Catholic school.
An amazing request as there were plenty of good Catholic high school choices.
He was the first from the school to home school for high school – they even had to develop a new graduation routine when it came time to entrust the students to their new high school!
3. What have you found to be the greatest benefit of homeschooling?
Without a doubt, getting to know my sons and having the time to build individual relationships with each one.
4. How has homeschooling allowed your child to develop their potential?
They can remain academically challenged and yet pursue their love of bass fishing.
5. Why did you choose Seton Home Study School?
Though we do not utilize the full curriculum, Seton came highly recommended by another home school family when I began to gather information on HOW to homeschool for high school. More importantly, I liked that it was a Catholic curriculum.
6. What do you love most about Seton Home Study School?
That our Catholic faith is so beautifully woven into the curriculum!
