Dave Armstrong has been a full-time Catholic apologist since December 2001. He was received into the Church in 1991. His blog has been online since February 1997 and contains over 2,500 papers or web pages.

Sophia Institute Press has published five of Dave’s 40+ books: A Biblical Defense of Catholicism (1996 / 2003; Foreword by Fr. John A. Hardon, S. J.), The Catholic Verses (2004), The One-Minute Apologist (2007), Bible Proofs for Catholic Truths (2009), and The Quotable Newman (2012). He is co-author of the apologetics inserts of The New Catholic Answer Bible (Our Sunday Visitor: 2005), editor for The Wisdom of Mr. Chesterton (Saint Benedict Press: 2009), author of 100 Biblical Arguments Against Sola Scriptura (Catholic Answers, 2012), and The Quotable Wesley (Beacon Hill Press, April 2014).

His books (that provide most of his modest income) can be purchased at his booksite, Biblical Catholicism, which offers e-books at a 44-50% permanent discount compared to standard publisher list prices (ePub and Mobi: $4.99; PDF: $1.99).
