Marlicia Fernandez home-schooled her two children, one with special needs and one without, with Seton Home Study School for fourteen years both in Europe and in the United States.  She has a BS in Special Education with concentrations in music and in psychology.  Marlicia has worked for Seton as a grader, in the special services department, and currently works from home. She is a perpetually  professed member of the Holy Family Institute, one of the ten branches of the Pauline Family (which includes the Daughters of St. Paul), established by Blessed Father James Alberione.
